Everything you need to run SigViewer under Windows is contained in the binary version that comes with a complete installer.
The Linux binary was compiled under Ubuntu 8.04, but should run on similarly up-to-date distributions such as Debian, OpenSUSE, Fedora, Mandriva and so on. You need to have Qt 4 installed (version 4.3.4 was used to compile, but slightly differing version numbers should be working).
